A SPACE-EFFICIENT single wide Park Model by Chariot Eagle of Ocala, FL, the Seashell Single Wide Park Model, or the Sunbeam Single Wide Park Model could be the perfect choice for your RV lot. The Dolphin Double Wide Park Model, the Cypress Double Wide Park Model, and the Seahorse Double Wide Park Model, all by Jacobsen Homes, offer even more living space for an RV lot, or smaller Manufactured Home lot.

BUT WHAT IS A DOUBLE WIDE PARK MODEL? A new concept for your RV lot - these small double wide homes feature two bedrooms/two baths, but are under 1000 square feet (the square footage limit for RV parks). Double wide Park Models offer more living space, and are typically 24' wide, and range from 33' to 40' in length. We can also build 20' or 22' wide, since Jacobsen Homes custom builds homes tailor-made to fit the space available.
