LCH ENTERPRISES of SW Florida, Inc. (CBC#1256560) officially started in June 2006. A sister company to LeeCorp Homes, LCH Enterprises was created to implement the installation of Manufactured Homes and the exterior packages that complete them.

SEAMLESS ATTENTION TO DETAIL of the entire installation of each home is achieved because LCH picks up from LeeCorp Homes' point of sale and brings the home to final completion.

THE PRIDE OF LCH ENTERPRISES , our toter truck, is manned by veteran driver, Jim Burkholder. Each home section is picked up at the factory and brought to the home site, where it is skillfully maneuvered into exactly the right position.

SECURING THE HOME is efficiently accomplished by blocking, leveling, and anchoring it in place. An elaborate vectoring system, and anchors on both the perimeter and the center of the home, ensures that the home will be secure under all weather conditions.

JACOBSEN HOMES CREWS are next to arrive once the home is leveled and secured. These crews texture and paint walls and ceilings, and install ceramic tile or wood laminate flooring. This is all done on-site rather than in the factory, to ensure high quality finishing of ceilings, walls, and flooring.

LCH General Construction Superintendant Anthony Vilchez, a licensed
Florida Building Contractor Contractor (CBC #1256560), reviews the progress of County Inspections.

THE CONSTRUCTION MANAGER responsible for the installation coordinates the entire process, which generally takes from four to six weeks. He oversees plumbers, electricians, A/C and carpet installers, and coordinates county inspections. Once a Certificate of Occupancy is received from the County and the electricity is turned on, Jacobsen Homes sends their final finishing detailer. LeeCorp gives the home a complimentary cleaning after the home installation is complete.

EXTERIOR PACKAGES , including Screen Rooms, Sheds, Carports or Garages, Steps and Decks, Motor Ports, and Concrete work are now installed to complete the home's exterior. Each outside-the-home addition is individually designed, engineered, and constructed according to Florida's exacting building codes, to ensure security of the structures under all weather conditions.
